Mushrooms pizza for dinner

I love mushrooms. Logan's entire layette was based off of a vintage mushroom fabric that I found in my mom's stash. I am not sure why, but I love everything about them. Even eating them! So when I saw this post from Amber, I just had to make these for my kids tonight!

I made them with flatbread instead of crust, and the 'grass' is chives that I got from the garden. I just put the topping on the top half of the flat bread, cooked that way, and then cut the stalk out on the bottom when they were done. It tasted pretty good too... although I want to try Amber's feta cheese and baby zucchini pizza. It looked delicious!

Val, It looks great! Hug will *love* seeing that up on your blog & knowing that his Toadstool Pizza was the inspiration :) Loving the chives - wish we had some!
