Muffin Tin Monday!

No theme today on Her Cup Overfloweth, but for me, we were still pretty stuck on Easter themed stuff. So we have strawberries, 'bird food' (chow mien noodles), a bunny shaped egg salad sandwich, bunny crackers, 'bunny food' (carrots), and dip. Cyan picked most of it with me, and helped cut out the sandwich bread. She loves MTM!

In other muffin tin news. I have decided I need to get more muffin tins. I only have one six, and Cyan was rather put out that she had to eat hers on a plate because Logan claimed the tin before she got there. ;)

Love your Easter Theme! Oooooo...I totally forgot about making an Egg Salad sandwich. Thanks for sharing and for checking our MTM out!

Hope you have a great Tuesday!

Yes, I agree, the egg salad sandwich is a nice touch!

I have 4 tins I use for Muffin Tin Meals! Two themed and two regular!

Those strawberries look great! My son was disappointed this week that his tin wasn't themed :)

This seems like a great idea for getting kids to eat healthy.

Keri... unless their my kids. lol! Logan ate all the strawberries, two carrots, and the bunny grahams... he may have had a bit of the chow mein noodles... but he didn't touch the sandwich. My kids classically eat better as they get older and start off crazy picky. Logan is sadly, no exception. ;)

Thanks for the comments all!

I love the bunny food idea. What a fun way to get kids to eat their veggies!

Is it ok to ask about your kid's digestion record? I desperately want to feed my kids strawberries and raw carrots, but we all get the runs. Do yours not have that problem? Suggestions would be great!

Hi there,
I work for a small agency in the UK called Story and I was wondering if we could get permission to use this image.
We would like to post it on facebook and twitter for one of our clients (Finish), for a test in the UK about family mealtimes.

Please could you let me know if this would be ok.

Kind Regards
