"It is, in fact, nothing short of a miracle that the modern methods of instruction have not yet entirely strangled the holy curiosity of inquiry; for this delicate little plant, aside from stimulation, stands mainly in need of freedom; "

One fish, Two fish, Red fish, Blue fish
The first part of Logan's Easter Basket. :) These will have stainless steel rings sewn to the ends and then a magnetic fishing rod will be given along with it and a basket to hold these things for the shelf.
very cute! I'm not planning anything big for Easter candy- my kids prefer chocolate over hard candies- I was thinking of using this chocolate candy recipe I found on Kelly the Kitchen Kop- basically coconut oil, maple syrup and cocoa....looks like it could be used as a coating or in lollipop molds. Maybe make one of the rice-warming bags- the Crafty Crow had a link to a real cute one...I was going to make them for Christmas but didn't....
I am a HUGE procrastinator though...so actual prep would likely be the week..or day...before :)
Those turned out great! My little boy would love something like that, but I think I already have enough stuff for his Easter basket. I'll have to remember this for some other occasion.
